Helping restaurants get the money they deserve
Find the delivery-app refunds your restaurant may be owed.
Scan a payout before you create an account. You get the dollars still inside the dispute window and one dispute written from that file.
Scan a payout
Revcover
- DoorDash
- Uber Eats
- Grubhub
The problem
Chargebacks, error charges, and refunds that are not your fault.
That money is lost when the cause is fraud, customer abuse, or a problem with the platform or the delivery.
How it works
Three steps.
We do as much of the work as we can for you. Revcover finds the money, writes the claims, and tracks the deadlines. You paste the claim into the delivery app and submit it.
01
Upload the payout
Use a DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub payout CSV. A sample file is on the scan page if you do not have an export yet.
02
Look over the flags
Each flag names the row and why it was raised. A flag is not a guarantee the app will pay it back.
03
Copy and paste the claim
Use the short claim or the long claim. Each one has its own copy button, and the platform page opens from the same screen.
What it finds
The same checks, on each payout row.
- Customer refunds
- Error charges
- Large adjustments
- Payout gaps
- Duplicate transaction ids
- Canceled-order fees
- Commission above the rate you enter
A row missing the order, date, sales, or payout is listed and is not counted as money you might get back. Plain-language explanations are on the flags page.
How flags workPrice
$2.99 per month
The first month is free, and no credit card is needed, so there is nothing to cancel before you are charged. After that, $2.99 is billed every month only if you subscribe and enter a card. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime. What you win back is yours. You earned it.
- DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub payout audits
- Filing notes, evidence checklist, and file-by dates
- What you win back is yours to keep
- No credit card for the free month
- Cancel anytime. No contract.
Estimate
A one-year illustration from monthly sales.
One scenario. Sales are entered as a monthly figure, and the results cover 12 months. The first year of Revcover is 11 payments of $2.99 after the free month.
Trust
Your payout stays with your restaurant.
Portal passwords are never stored. The scan before signup is processed and then discarded. An account stores the email, the restaurant, the CSV, and the flags built from it. Revcover does not sell that data. You can delete a file in the app, or email us to delete the account.
Privacy policyQuestions
Email us- Do you log into DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub?
- No. Revcover never asks for a portal password, and it does not log in.
- What if the scan finds nothing?
- Then you'll see $0. That's good news, because it means the apps aren't taking money from you. You can scan again next month, since new charges and refunds show up all the time.
- When do you need a credit card?
- The first month is free, and no credit card is needed. There is nothing to cancel before you are charged. Checkout for $2.99 per month starts when the free month ends, or sooner if you choose to subscribe.
- What's next?
- More automation is the direction, after this version is built up and proves useful for restaurants. There is no date. The About page says what that includes.
- How do I delete my data?
- Delete a file in the app, or email us to delete the account. The scan you run before creating an account is not saved.
Send feedback if something should work differently. Notes stay private. Revcover does not publish ratings.
